Komo, a high-rise apartment complex located in Burquitlam near SFU, was marketed with a focus on reaching young first-time homebuyers and investors through Chinese social media and innovative livestream sessions. Our strategy emphasized the project's prime location and efficient use of space, positioning it as a continuation of the successful Alina development, which significantly spurred buyer interest and confidence.

Nebula successfully leveraged the success of Alina(the first phase) to boost interest in Komo, while enhancing the developer's strong brand image.
