ALINA is the first tower in the promising Oakdale community in Coquitlam developed by Strand. In collaboration with Nebula and MLA Canada, we crafted a series of marketing activities targeting the Chinese community, with the WeChat campaign being a key element. Strategically tailoring the campaign for young first-time buyers and investors, we ensured maximum impact.

We recognized the key characteristics of ALINA that would be appealing to the Chinese community. Thus, we emphasized features such as its geographic location, future urban development potential, and ease of rental.

We crafted our copywriting and designed the layout for WeChat articles in a manner easily digestible by our target audience. This approach allowed our audience to quickly understand the unique aspects of ALINA, creating a lasting impression and prompting actionable responses.
